“A W E S O M E STAFF... I am a long time Pure Hockey/ Total Hockey customer, but the boys in this store did not know that (until they saw my account history). Anyways, we are in town for a tournament, and these guys bent over backwards to help my goalie repair a couple of items. Total pain in the butt maintenance stuff (replace holders on skates, string up some new elastic toe ties), but they did it all for us. Super well-run location of Pure Hockey. “We had an issue with water pooling under our hardwood flooring. I got quotes from 2 or three other floor repair techs strongly advising that they’d need to tear up the flooring and replace it at a significant cost. Masters Floors crew came out and said just the opposite. They advised that they could repair the existing flooring at a fraction of the cost. They got to it, completed the job quickly and the floors looked amazing!”
