You are always greeted with a smile and a courteous greeting (for example: Hi you name - welcome to Pnc bank - my name is .......I am your teller today......how are you today -) when you enter their facility or drive up to the drive up window. All the tellers and bank staff attend to your needs courtesly and in a timely fashion. The staff always ensures all your questions are answered and your needs are attended to prior to you leaving their facility. If the teller or bank official waiting on you is unable to answer your question or help you with your specific needs they get another person at the facility that can help you. Once your needs have been met and all your banking business is complete the tellers and banking officials always ask is there anything else I can help you with today? If you answer yes the tellers Or banking officials will then attend to your other banking needs. If you answer no the banking tellers and officials will then complete your visit at their facility by saying. Thank you (your name) for banking with Pnc bank and have a good day.
