We had couple issues with the furniture that we received and they offered to work with their vendor and have them replaced. All the tellers and bank staff attend to your needs courtesly and in a timely fashion. The staff always ensures all your questions are answered and your needs are attended to prior to you leaving their facility. If the teller or bank official waiting on you is unable to answer your question or help you with your specific needs they get another person at the facility that can help you. Once your needs have been met and all your banking business is complete the tellers and banking officials always ask is there anything else I can help you with today? If you answer yes the tellers Or banking officials will then attend to your other banking needs. If you answer no the banking tellers and officials will then complete your visit at their facility by saying. Thank you (your name) for banking with Pnc bank and have a good day. “So we were at the Alstede Farms in Chester yesterday and after a fun time at the Farm my son started to have a craving for Bagels, I googled and stumbled onto this store named The Bagel King, I kind of liked the name and to my surprise the Bagels were scrumptious with so many different varieties of Cream Cheese along with Freshly brewed coffee. We also had Hersheys Ice Cream and to sum it all it was a great experience.Must visit place if you are in the neighbourhood.”
