(October 17, 2017, 8:11 pm)My husband and I (late 60's and mid 70's) have been truly enthralled with how the chair yoga provided by Gist at the Hunterdon Art Museum is making us feel. It is gentle, it is exercise but without fear or judgement, and best of all the emphasis is on yoga for its life messages of balance and love. It is pay as you can and as you go so if we don't have any cash one day we just pay more the next time. We usually offer about $50 to $60 per week for both of us for 6 classes. There is never any judgement.
(June 18, 2017, 10:47 am)My heaven! I came across this in February and since then I have been a regular. The team is welcoming and the practice they pass on to their tribe is both mental and physical. I am so blessed for having them become part of my daily life.
