(December 2, 2017, 12:20 pm)I have gone to Regina's for at least twenty years, she is the only one that has ever done my bangs at the length I want, as well as the perfect color for me... whoever stated about the "tip jar" , you are way off base, and obviously do not know Regina , are you a mind reader? more than likely she was making change , that statement shows ignorance. Would anyone taking tips put it under the register and do it in front of you ? lol.. please....
