Dan was super professional, explained what he was doing, what could've caused the backup AND what i could do to minimize it happening again. Unlike the other one that showed up i wasn't charged untill it was fixed and tested twice to make sure it was working as it should. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. those other guys need to take a class from this company. Dan is the kind of plumber you want coming to your house.
