“I love ASDC. I cannot recommend them enough. The coaches are all knowledgeable, helpful, caring, motivating and hilarious (Marcin, Steve & Brian). Honestly I use to hate working out, it was boring, repetitive, complicated, etc. You won't have that problem at ASDC they are very attentive to programming so you won't be bored, it will challenge you and you will get results. This is the only exercise I have ever stuck with and look forward to. Honestly it doesn't matter what your fitness level is, they can modify it for your needs. Just speak up! They don't mind questions or repeating demos/instructions about the workout. Trust me I know from first hand experience about modifications due to injury or illness. I use to worry how can I do this workout (even modified) and now my mindset is I got this but how can I improve. Everyone who works out there is also super friendly and helpful. I trust the coaches there so much to do an amazing job that I recommended my younger bro and he joined. Just try a class and see for yourself.”

There is a special during lunch and a monthly deal, which allows you to hit as many balls as you want. Also, Rob is a really superb teacher and gives great lessons. I have been going to this place for years and continually enjoy it.”
