I still train with Nathan twice a week and continue to get great results. He is very caring, non judgemental and something you might not think of, easy to talk to!! “The gorge is truly a beautiful place to take in a little nature. The Raritan at this point hardly resembles its later form down in New Brunswick. I saw Ken Lockwood Gorge described as the most beautiful place in New Jersey. I can assure you that nothing of the sort is true. However, it is indeed very scenic. The trail through the gorge is essentially a road on which cars are not allowed. Otherwise, there isn’t much in the way of exploring the area on interesting trails. Don’t visit expecting serenity. The area seems to be very popular. I would mostly recommend it for nice family outings, as it is suitable for young children. I also saw a nice rainbow trout caught on a fly, so maybe the fishing is as good as they say.”

“We go there very often and always bring friends. We have used them for catering our parties and always very pleased. The food is amazing. The service is 5 star. Love their Paella Valencia, Avocado's stuffed with seafood, broiled scallops. Their portions are substantial and if I ask them to make up a nice appetizer platter for our group they always surprise us with a delicious presentation. One of my favorite places to dine and entertain guests.”
