“My experience at this practice has been the best ever. Patients are seen promptly and the doctors and staff are professional and polite. The staff acknowledges everyone who walks in, in a timely manner. I’ve been with Dr Bowers since they opened their office. I forget how I found her, but I have never regretted walking into this office. She has been spot on with any medical issue that has come up with me over the years. She is an excellent doctor. She even accommodates my not liking to take meds, and offers natural methods to address some issues I may be experiencing, which I appreciate. Of course when I do need an RX, she prescribes, accordingly. Her interest in her patient is definitely genuine as she listens to you. She is one of the first doctors that I experienced who actually listens to me. She is honest and caring. I’ve had to see Dr Thomas on occasion, and he has the same great traits. I’ve only seen him a few times, but he is always prompt and professional with me. I use the office portal for communication with the office and either Dr Bowers, or the staff gets back to me very quick. Their portal is very easy to use and saves phone calls going back and forth. I figured I’d write a review as I just had a visit with Dr Bowers, and she quickly diagnosed what was going on with me. And this was after I saw a specialist two months ago, and I was not getting better. I thank this practice and staff, for being professional...and for being real.”
