(February 3, 2023, 12:13 pm)I have been a tenant here for 9 years. The building and grounds are well kept. Staff is extremely responsive to the needs of the residents. Upgrades in the common areas are done as needed. Location is quiet and safe.

(July 30, 2019, 12:54 am)I might have gotten lucky but all new appliances, everything is clean. Lost power for 1.5 days 3 weeks in but that's not their fault. A/C unit also leaked from the same storm but was fixed asap. All new floors, fresh painted walls. It's nice. Laundry on every floor.
