I also like having access to the various workshops and other events offered in addition to regularly scheduled classes. Finally, the variety of classes available is a big plus. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Honor Yoga!

(July 18, 2018, 12:47 pm)An overall A+ for Honor Yoga on my charts. From the first day I stepped into the studio, I felt welcomed. The environment is relaxing yet energizing. The instructors and staff are always friendly, pleasant and willing to greet and answer questions that you may have. The classes that I have take thus far have been knowledgeable and rewarding. I feel confident with the instructors. They each have their own teaching technique and pay attention to form, alignment, breathing, posture and have taught me more than I already know.
(July 1, 2018, 7:31 am)The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The instructor gave clear step by step directions and didn’t make me feel like the “newbie”. All different ages and abilities and I felt like I fit in. Totally great experience —-HIGHLY recommend the gentle yoga and restorative at the end of the week!
(June 13, 2018, 9:49 pm)I recently joined Honor Yoga for a one month unlimited yoga class trial. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The studio is very soothing with soft ambient lighting and colors. The owners, who are instructors themselves, are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The rooms are very clean with plenty of props and extra mats. I’ve taken several different classes and have had a number of different instructors; each has been helpful and skillful. I am very new to yoga but feel very comfortable at Honor Yoga Hamilton.
This facility has something for everyone regardless of experience level. This includes kids, pregnant women, people coming back from injury or individuals who are well-versed in yoga. There are also many offerings for those looking for mediation, mindfulness and restorative practice. Go... you, your body and your mind will thank you.
