The service and the check-out process are swift; there are two lanes check-out registers if needed to speed up the process; therefore, there is never a wait. The inside of the store is easy to navigate, and unlike some other liquor stores in the area, the aisles are quite large, and the interior is nicely decorated for holidays. “Someone give this chef a Michelin star. Went there to try it out and eat lamb shank, they had just ran out and he offered me and upgrade lamb chops for the same price as I had already paid. It came and it was so tender and flavourful that I yapok a family platter to go and I had the platter today it came with multiple skewers and it was all delicious, I would definitely come back and invite others to it also.”

“Amazing butcher! I am not typically a meat eater but want to learn how to cook for those that are when I entertain guests and family. I provided Victor the details and let him know I am not an experienced cook, especially when it comes to steaks on the grill. He prepared me 2 beautiful steaks, trimmed them, seasoned them and provided exact instructions on grilling time. I have not had a better steak! And maybe the most surprising thing - is I cooked it! I also at an entire steak myself. The market is also beautifully organized and impeccably clean. Not to mention excellent customer service. Thank you Lou and Victor!”

They put it in a long plastic container that doesn’t seal & then set it on it’s side. When I got home, it was all over the front of my car & the ends of all 3 subs.”
