He went over the details and explained throughly the costs and the options to save money without compromising any quality of work. Joel and his crew showed up on time on the agreed scheduled day and worked nonstop ’till the job had been completed. It was awesome to see the Before and After pictures of the project the same day, within a period of 8 hours. They cleaned up the whole work-site upon completion, which helped appreciate the results even more.”

“On today, 8/15/2022, Marco and employees completed my project that involved installing a roof, gutters, leaders, and wrapping a wood & concrete siding of a sun porch, and wrapping (soffit & fascia) of an eaves/awning over my back door. This was quite a difficult job because our house is over 70 years old, and the design is very detailed--especially the eaves. The sun porch work was difficult because it required wrapping a concrete siding. Marco and crew were friendly, professional, timely and completed the project in one day. Overall, this contractor's work was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I have another project for them. My husband and I are so happy about the outcome of this project and will try to upload some before-and- after pictures soon. ❤ 😍”

“My mother has been at Homestead at Hamilton since it first opened. It has been a wonderful place for my mother. The staff is attentive and patient but most importantly they are loving & caring to all the residents. I am writing this review to especially acknowledge the work all the staff has done to keep my mother safe during this time of COVID. Back in March the facility promptly took action to keep the residents safe and have continued to do so through all these months. The staff continued to care for the residents with a smile and were always quick to encourage all to follow safe guidelines. The director has been available whenever I have had a question & just like the staff he has always spent time with my mother when she has had questions or just passing by. The community that has developed within Homestead has been very important to me & my mother. She has a wonderful set of friends & I know everyone looks out for one another. My mother has recently been in the hospital & the residents sent her cards and even videos to keep her spirits up. The most important aspect of my mother's residence at Homestead is that I feel she is safe & well taken care of especially if I am out of town. The security and well being of my mother is the most important thing to me & at Homestead at Hamilton I am confident she is secure, safe & well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff! “I contacted Genesis Contractors to give me an estimate on work on my kitchen. I needed wallpaper removed, texture on the ceiling removed, basement door replaced and cabinets and island painted. I had reviewed the photos on their website and was impressed by what appeared to be quality workmanship. The owner, Mario, stopped by and, after I gave him a list of what I needed done, explained what he would do to complete the work. I told him I was a stickler for detail work and he assured me they would do a great job. The quote was reasonable. They began work and the total time to complete the job was around 2 ½ weeks. The crew were punctual and hard working. They started at 8:30am and couldn’t have been more friendly. They kept the entrance clean and cleaned up each day. Mario was an exceptional person to work with and was happily willing to adjust to any changes we wanted. My wife and I are totally satisfied with all the work done and were exceptionally impressed with how beautifully the cabinets turned out. Mario kept his promise to do a great job. Love the attention to detail! We would most definitely hire Genesis to do other projects in our home. Thanks for the great job Mario and team!”
