Nestled in the woods of the Sourland Mountains, there is a powerful energy emanating from its' grounds. It is a privilege to have a beautiful space like the Salt Haus near us. I have experienced many different offerings from them and each time I leave with my heart/soul full and vibrant. May you get a chance to visit soon.
The Sault Haus is a little piece of heaven in Hopewell, NJ. I have been a member for a couple of years. The salt cave is nurturing, restorative, peaceful and so healing. It is such a treat to take yoga in the salt cave, I always walk away feeling refreshed. It is such a supportive community. Maggie and Peter are the owners, and they go out of their way to make it a healing center for our community. It's my favorite place to go to and it always brings me back to feeling peaceful.
A truly magical place located in the gorgeous and sacred Sourland Mountains. I have spent a lot of time here, both as practitioner and student, and I cannot say enough great things about it. The workshops they offer, the yoga, the salt cave, the grounds …!! It is really magical and so important that places like this exist during this time. Sault Haus is a great place to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. I can’t wait to go back and see what I learn next! Thank you!
I found SH almost a year ago on a whim and dived right in taking a Family Constellations workshop. I am super familiar to the area and didn’t realize this magical gem existed. The Salt Cave is incredible and the most beautiful salt cave I’ve been in. The workshop was also incredible, life changing. I am a Life Coach and have done A LOT of inner work and still this was so cathartic and healing for me. I highly recommend. I have also attended both a cacao ceremony (you must attend, cannot be described but experienced) and moon circle (so relaxing, welcoming and nourishing). There are so many more offerings I still want to try, this is what I love about SH they have so many unique heart centered offerings available, much more than I’ve seen offered at other wellness centers. And then on top of the offerings you have the health benefits of utilizing the salt cave and being on the gorgeous property. If you haven’t been to SH yet give yourself the gift of going.
EXCELLENT! What an incredible experience. It’s so hard to find Salt caves in the area with actual Himalayan salt on the floor, so what a find! I went there for the first time last night for Kundalini Yoga with Erin. I was a little sore from horseback riding a few days earlier but the stretches and breathing helped me so much. I slept really well and still feel rejuvenated 24 hours later. Excited to go back next week. It’s a small and intimate class in the Salt cave so I suggest booking early to secure a spot. I’m excited to check out Erin’s other classes as well. Thank you Sault Haus. 🧘🏽♀️
