“I found SH almost a year ago on a whim and dived right in taking a Family Constellations workshop. I am super familiar to the area and didn’t realize this magical gem existed. The Salt Cave is incredible and the most beautiful salt cave I’ve been in. The workshop was also incredible, life changing. I am a Life Coach and have done A LOT of inner work and still this was so cathartic and healing for me. I highly recommend. I have also attended both a cacao ceremony (you must attend, cannot be described but experienced) and moon circle (so relaxing, welcoming and nourishing). There are so many more offerings I still want to try, this is what I love about SH they have so many unique heart centered offerings available, much more than I’ve seen offered at other wellness centers. And then on top of the offerings you have the health benefits of utilizing the salt cave and being on the gorgeous property. If you haven’t been to SH yet give yourself the gift of going.”

“Took my class on a fun filled field trip! We had a fantastic time learning about healthy foods! It was a true farm to table experience. The kids loved making pesto pizza with a rainbow of toppings. They were so excited to meet the chickens, horses and pig. We also got to play in the awesome garden. I highly recommend visiting!”

“This shop has been amazing. They continually go above and beyond in their work. The have identified issues caused by other ships and fixed it quickly and correctly. Today I had a brake light out and I went at the end of the day and they fixed it within 10 minutes. I will only bring my car here from now on.”

“Nick develops personalized training for athletes of a wide variety of backgrounds and abilities. I started training with Nick a few months ago after not being able to run for seven years due to knee injuries. Prior to my injuries, I competed in mid distance track at a nationally competitive level. Nick helped me ease back into the sport I love so much with smart training plans adjusted for my abilities. What I love most about Nick is his genuine passion for triathlons and commitment to building communities for multi-sport athletes. His P3 community keeps me accountable for training and pushes me to get better each week. Unlike to my former coaches, Nick focuses on long-term, sustainable training. I appreciate his specialized knowledge, dedication, and fun approach.”

“This area is beautiful for taking a hike or stroll in the woods. There is an open hunting season , so be alert, wear bright colors. There are old ruins on the copper trail, that makes a loop about a mile, that connects to the main trail that leads to the mountain area. I say "Get Out" !! And enjoy the forrest!”

“I liked this. It was small being only 2 miles there and Back but I was worth it it had nice views of the creek the entire time and my dog could splash in the creek if he wanted. The entire time you have views of houses but it's fine I imagine during spring and summer you couldn't see the houses. I recommend this trail for a quick walk outside your normal hiking path.”
