Jeff is training Krav Maga, which is one of the best self defense program…..straight to the point and effective techniques that work against potential attacks. I wanted to take self defense classes all my life. I started training with Jeff a month ago and I'm loving it. I am a beginner and Jeff is training with dedication, patience and personal attention. The classes are challenging, informative, conducted in a light and friendly manner. I'm really impressed with the skills I've picked up and how I have strengthen my ability to defend myself in various situations. You don't have to be physically strong to be able to protect yourself. You need to learn how to react in a bad situation.This class is a gem and I recommend it to everyone.”
