Easily the best and most seamless car sales experience I’ve had. Mariah was incredible from the moment we walked through the door. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable but she is super personable and a pleasure to work with. Colby was also awesome with helping us get familiar with our new vehicle and answering any and all questions we had about user functionality. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Ed, Briana, Colby, and Josh were all incredibly helpful, patient and kind. We cast a pretty wide net seeking the perfect preowned vehicle, residing over an hour drive away. We feel very fortunate that it was Princeton Volvo that had precisely what we sought. All dealerships are not the same. The leadership at this place has clearly created a culture that is customer care driven. I had the most incredible experience at Princeton Volvo. Mariah Eshelman and Kathy Evans are top notch professionals. These two woman represent what it means to be a team player. I had arranged to see Mariah on her day off and while Mariah was waiting for me to arrive another customer was in and she worked hard to assist them with their purchase of their first Volvo.

Over walks Kathy and introduces herself and asks if I would like to test drive the car while Mariah wraps up.
Afterwards Kathy and I share a lovely conversation about which car I wanted and why. In that moment I felt seen and heard. Kathy said she would work with me to make my dream car a reality.
The team of Mariah and Kathy made the process so easy and smooth from start to finish.
Mariah continues to check in and see if I have any questions or want to stop back to review anything on the car, however she’s so great I left feeling confident about the knowledge she shared with me that day I drove of the lot.

My partner & I found a car we were interested in online & decided to drive down from Brooklyn. Colby, our sales ambassador, is extremely personable & knowledgeable about the vehicles; he answered all of our questions about the car & we really enjoyed our conversations with him. Jose in financing is the best & Volvo Princeton is lucky to have him; he was very thorough & honest about all of our financing options. And lastly Jason, the sales manager, made sure we got a great deal & all of our concerns were taken care of. Overall we were extremely happy with the experience we had at the dealership & would recommend to anyone. We were able to complete our purchase in one trip & we love the XC60 we brought home.
