“New ownership looks like a good move. Was surprised to see our Italian wrapped in boars head paper. If all your meats are boars head you should advertise that. Sandwich was quite robust for $14. As we are fans of both Tastee and Hoagie Haven this was a contender. (Seriously it was a very well constructed sandwich) Feedback would be more onions and sharper provolone. (Board head should have more kick than what was on there) Unclear what online ordering is operational, and the store ambiance and customer service was a bit off. The ordering terminals we fine, but would be nice to be able to order online for pickup in store without using one of the deliver apps. Also given how robust the menu is, what is offered when? Nice job. We will be back again.”

“I have been a loyalty customer to this shop for many years. I have to say they care their customer more than everything. They also built a very friendly and caring community for winter sports. I had an urgent snowboard binding fix this morning. I was frustrated by the product received from an online dealer so I went to the store and they help me fixed it without any charge. I love to pay whatever they ask, but the only thing they ask is to tell my friends about them. so now I’m telling everyone this is an awesome store where you can trust the technician as well as their profession. We do get cheaper stuff from online dealers but you got what is right for you here. I will for sure come back again and recommend this store to all my friends.”

“Wow! Was looking for a suit for a wedding and found this store while browsing the internet. Since I was going to Macy’s at the mall I figured I’d walk over and see if it was worth the 5 star rating it was getting. It is worth more! Billy was so nice helping me pick the perfect suit, shirt and tie. I ended up with a suit, 2 shirts and 2 ties for an unbelievable price of $177. He knows his business inside and out. “This evening (9/02) I went to Costco to pick up a prescription for my dog and was told it was put back because I didn’t get there in time. I asked Brian if I could put a request in to refill it, thinking I would have to wait until Monday. Brian then confirmed my dog’s prescription and even though it was 30 minutes before closing, went a filled it for me. He is always super helpful when it comes to information on prescriptions and is speedy when checking out customers. This evening I could see he was very busy and most likely working alone on registers so for him to take the time meant a lot, especially after the person before me was not the most friendly.”
