(August 18, 2023, 10:51 pm)Good shopping experience at Macy's! Their extensive collection is impressive, and the customer service is generally top-notch. However, I did notice that the customer service in the beauty section could use some improvement. While most assistants were helpful, a few seemed a bit judgmental. Overall, though, I was pleased with my visit and the excellent selection they offer.
