“I have been a loyalty customer to this shop for many years. I have to say they care their customer more than everything. They also built a very friendly and caring community for winter sports. I had an urgent snowboard binding fix this morning. I was frustrated by the product received from an online dealer so I went to the store and they help me fixed it without any charge. I love to pay whatever they ask, but the only thing they ask is to tell my friends about them. so now I’m telling everyone this is an awesome store where you can trust the technician as well as their profession. We do get cheaper stuff from online dealers but you got what is right for you here. I will for sure come back again and recommend this store to all my friends.”

However, I did notice that the customer service in the beauty section could use some improvement. While most assistants were helpful, a few seemed a bit judgmental. “We needed to replace our 15-year old carpet and went to the showroom to review options. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending the appropriate carpet to meet our needs and even steered us away from the more expensive one we were looking and toward one that was much cheaper and on sale but same quality. Price was incredibly reasonable. Measurements were taken very quickly and when the crew came out to install, they worked room by room, moving the furniture as they worked so we didn't have to move anything. They were in and out within a half day and they did 3 bedrooms and our upstairs hallway. Great experience.”
