“Good shopping experience at Macy's! Their extensive collection is impressive, and the customer service is generally top-notch. However, I did notice that the customer service in the beauty section could use some improvement. While most assistants were helpful, a few seemed a bit judgmental. Overall, though, I was pleased with my visit and the excellent selection they offer.”

“Coming from Southern California when you can find a Ross dress for less on every corner it was amazing to see a Ross as we were driving through this town we made a detour to go in and do a little shopping. It really was fun and gave us that old feeling of finding a good deal. I will say that the store was a little more messy than I would’ve expected and when you go through the line to lead up to the register you can barely fit your cart through the opening to head up to the register because the bags stand is so close you can barely fit your cart through. Other than that, i’d have to give big props to the very pleasant clerk who rang us up she was very beautiful, African-American long hair beautiful nails and had a pleasant smile and a great attitude. I felt very welcome and glad that I was being served by someone who took their job seriously. I should’ve got her name! Hopefully the manager knows who this young woman is so they can give her a pat on the back and maybe even a raise.”

“The customer service here is phenomenal. I had an issue with an order I received online, and they immediately and happily did everything they could to make it right. I was very pleased and I will definitely continue to shop here. This is just one of those places you can walk around in for hours. Good luck not spending money here though! Especially since they started selling regular store items such as cosmetics and other related products (at better prices than most other places). They have great prices and sales all the time.”

“Been going here since they opened. Switch over from Sam's Club, Costco just seemed to have a bigger selection of products. Their food and meats seemed to be better. It's one stop shopping for big bulk items. It's very clean for the amount of foot traffic they get. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Their rewards credit card is worth it, especially if you use their gas station.”
