“I would recommend living here... I'm coming up on my 3rd year of living here for the academic year. Last year all of the staff changed and it was an improvement. Christina is very helpful and extremely nice when it comes to renting an apartment. They are not out to get you like a lot of other apartment complexes. -Flexible leases -Better than average apartments -Average pricing -Yes the apartment you're moving into will most likely need to be cleaned (When you move out of an apartment, do you actually clean it or pay to have it cleaned? I didn't think so) -Quite a few college kids living here -Washers/Dryers are constantly breaking, but has improved yearly”

“We love the apartments, the staff, and maintenance crew. They are all very helpful and responding quickly to inquiries or issues with the apartment. The only issue we have is generally with parking...it is very difficult to park in front of the building where we live which is challenging with a toddler and newborn. It seems the complex may be trying to remedy the problem by updating parking passes and ensuring that vehicles of actual residents are indeed parked in the resident spots. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Other than the parking, our experience has been wonderful. They are high quality apartments with both a kid and pet friendly environment.”
