She can be compassionate and take her students through post-surgery rehab, or she can laugh and push your body to its limits. Her studio has the highest quality of equipment in it (from Balanced Body), and she keeps it in the best condition. I have been so lucky to be her student for 9 years (and the only reason I've stopped is because we moved to a different state). She is good at challenging her advanced students, and is able to nurture the novice students in a way that makes us all feel comfortable.
