Issues they have resolved for us have ranged from fixing garage doors that would stick, re-caulking showers and tubs, repairing minor water damage to a bathroom wall, repairing a shower knob that had disengaged from the internal mechanism, fixing a broken toilet to minor electrical work. It's not just that things are always repaired well, but the positive interactions we have with the staff. They are always very thorough and polite, explain things well and never leave a mess. And the folks who answer the phones and set up the appointments are great as well. They do have busy periods where it's not possible to get on their schedule right away, but I find the wait to be worth it.”
