“Step Ahead Home Care Physical Therapy was literally a godsend to our family when my dad was discharged from a well known rehab facility in an extremely weakened condition. Concerned that he would no longer be able to live alone in his home. Beth was supportive and encouraging from our very first conversation. She and Karen promptly started my dads in home therapy sessions to increase his balance, mobility and strength which allowed him to safely regain his independence. There was excellent communication regarding any changes noted during their sessions. I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend who needs Rehab services. He and I will genuinely miss Beth and Karen when he no longer qualifies for in home therapy.”

“UPDATE: ****8-22-23**** I received a call from the management team at cure auto insurance within 24 hours after providing feedback regarding my below customer service experience. Thank you to the management team at Cure Auto Insurance for following up with me expeditiously. Although I had a less-than-pleasant experience, the follow-up by management made it right! I have edited my rating to reflect this. ****THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED***** I called on Friday 8-18-23 and was transferred to the Customer Relations department by the billing department. I spoke with Frank (customer relations). There was a billing discrepancy, and I did not understand Frank's explanation, he over-talked me when I asked questions about the discrepancy, in short, he hung up on me (my phone was on speaker and sitting on the table, so I couldn't have hung up on him. I had to call back and held for over 20 minutes to speak with another representative, finally, Paris and her supervisor in the billing department were able to help with the billing concern, which was an error on Cure Auto Insurance's part and not mine. *******8/21/23****** I received a call from the automated system from Cure Auto Insurance stating that my renewal documents, along with copies of my medical insurance cards for myself and my household were not received. In fact, when I spoke to Paris on 8/18/2023, I verified with her that my documents and copy of the medical insurance cards were received. I called Cure immediately and spoke with Belinda (Policy Department), I was asked to verify my home address, and I gave the representative, my**current** home address, while in the process of me advising her that I am moving on September 1, and me attempting to give her the new address(I've already submitted my change of address with the date to Cure insurance)she interrupted me and told me my **current** address is not what is on file. When I explained to her, I was in the process of giving her my new address, she cut me off and then she hung up on me. I am currently looking for another insurance company. As I type this message, I've been on hold with Cure for over 25 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor. I don't know what type of training is provided to employees, but I can assure you, training needs to be reevaluated. I have over 20 years of customer service experience, I know the day-to-day stress factors when having to be on the phone all day, talking to different types of personalities, so I am very mindful with how I conduct myself on the phone and I am very easy going; however, a customer should NEVER be hung up on and over-talked. Previous representatives, I spoke with at Cure have been helpful, but considering my most recent interactions, is the reason for my one-star rating, if I could my rating would have been zero. Finally, after hanging up, after waiting over 35 minutes to speak with a supervisor, I called back and spoke with Jen (existing policy department), I verified that my renewal package and medical insurance cards were received and to disregard the automated phone call.”

“My cat bit me and I was beyond upset and needed a tetanus shot pronto. I called and the lovely Rosaria LoCicero answered and was so sweet and so pleasant I immediately felt better. She took the time to answer all my questions and told me to come in as soon as I could which I did. I signed in at the office and she was immediately at the door, Ellen? She had everything ready. She gave me the shot which I didn't even feel and I was on my way. I was only there for a few minutes total! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing person.
