“I go to this 7-11 all the time, especially for quick purchases when I’m at Bill’s across the street. Tonight, I seemed to have lost my phone in the store, and the front desk employee that was on, I believe his name was Rahman, was very concerned and helpful. He used his phone to call and help me locate mine while I was very upset and nervous. It doesn’t seem like much, but it really meant the world in my time of need.
