I appreciate the ease of making an appointment online, and the fact that they use MyChart to store your records / get in contact with the doctor. The receptionist was very pleasant and I was taken back by the nurse promptly at my scheduled time. The nurse was kind, took my vitals and the doctor was seen immediately after.
