“Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber. My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30.
