I just had laparoscopic robotic surgery with Dr. Maureen Cernadas. Her professionalism and competence impress me on every level. She is everything a woman requires on the operating table: assertive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Her self-assurance in her abilities translated into one of the most positive interactions I've ever had with a provider. Her entire team collaborated seamlessly under her leadership to deliver a fantastic result that far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely grateful she was my surgeon. The office staff is amazing. Very helpful. Everyone smiled and joked. The doctor and nurse also amazing! Very thorough. Took time to make sure I understood everything. The ladies at the front were very professional and experienced. They made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in. The waiting area is very clean and organized. Nurse Kim Shapiro was great...she discussed everything with me and made it comfortable to ask questions.
