(September 12, 2019, 4:18 pm)Technician Marwa is very sweet, compassionate and professional. She took time to explain the procedure to me better than the doctor and google! I did not have family with me, and she was kind enough to ask me multiple times if I’m doing okay or not. Very nice lady !
