Richie and Ararad were extremely helpful and accommodating after I experienced an issue with a print pickup order at another location.

They handled my print job in an extremely timely manner and did everything they could to make this issue right for me despite not being the store that caused the issue.

I truly appreciate all of their help and will definitely be returning! 5 stars all across the board!

Excellent customer service. Their staff was very attentive, assisted me in finding the item I was looking for that was no where to be found in their display section.

Great place to shop! A variety of stores and they have an amazing movie theater attached! The dine-in theater from AMC is one of the biggest selling points for me to go to Menlo Park mall.
