  Walter did an incredible job for us. We applied for our Utility Patent in May 2018 and received our notice of allowance in approx 3 1/2 months. Got the issued Utility Patent in hand in a total of 6 months from the day we filed! We are very impressed with his work and his knowledge of Patent law. He doesn't nickle and dime you. He gets the job done! We highly recommend him if you need to file a Patent or Trademark! I will never use anyone else!

  Walter has helped me obtain two patents. One Design and One Utility patent on my product invention. Whenever I emailed or called him (which was numerous times) he answered right away and always gave me his full attention. I am very thankful to have chosen Walter J Tencza as my Patent Attorney.

  I am very grateful to Walter for his job on preparation and getting my patent. I am not a novice inventor and I recognize the value of the patent attorney's work. Walter gave a lot of attention to the case, grasped the smallest details of the invention and was attentive to my judgement. My case was a difficult one: first, due to the subject of the invention (a complicated dynamics in it) and second, due to a difficult USPTO examiner who issued a terse rejection in the initial office action. Walter handled all the issues perfectly and did the job for a very reasonable price. I will continue to work with Walter.
