(September 26, 2018, 1:32 pm)Shawndel of Public Storage has been extremely helpful to us. At the move-in she was very patient,
pleasant and knowledgeable, explained everything, answered every question thoroughly and understandably, went over our charges, and even stayed after she was due to leave because of our movers late start, just to check that we were OK. When we returned a month later to move out, it was like greeting a familiar friend. She is very capable.
(September 23, 2018, 12:36 pm)I highly recommend speaking with Shawndel at the edison public storage unit if your considering renting a unit. She is very helpful and polite. She helped us pick the right unit for our needs and answered all our questions in a professional manner. When ever i come to access my unit and she is here she greets me and ask if everything is okay and if i need help with anything. I most definitely would come here again.
