“My daughter has been attending classes at Henderson's Gymnastics for the last 8 years. The first 2 years she attended their recreational classes and for the past 6 years she has competed on their competitive team. I am very pleased to say that my daughter always have a wonderful time at this facility. The staff is very kind, loving and always make you feel welcomed. “Joined about six months ago to get fit, between the dojos in fords and Edison been training 3-4 times a week. Great place to learn karate, discipline, self control, humility over the weeks here my stress levels have reduced and fitness improved. Love the environment very supportive students and teachers.
