Linda is a knowledgeable, personable, and professional trainer. She keeps me motivated during my workouts. She provides challenging, yet manageable workouts and helps develop underlying skill sets in order to make progress, prevent injury and increase flexibility. Her sessions are always different and she is always bringing new ideas and equipment to my exercise program. She is easy to communicate with and is always available for questions. During the pandemic, she has provided me with online workouts that included directions and videos. She is consistently checking in and making sure I continue with my workout program.
