Vaticano Shoe Repair

Although I did not have shoes worked on, my team and I experienced what an amazing person the owner is. We were doing work outside his establishment and first thing in the morning he walked over and offered us coffee and water. Later on, he allowed us to us his facilities since the public restrooms were closed. He even filled a water bucket for us. The shop always had people in it and everyone seemed extremely pleased. He reminds me of why shopping on the internet is unsatisfying and that a little kindness goes a long way.

So grateful to have had such a positive experience here! I had called asking if they'd be able to work on my Margiela tabi boots (split toe,) and I was told to bring them in. When I did, the staff was very nice and helpful. I am not sure if they'd ever worked on shoes like this before, but I was assured that the shoes would come back looking good as new... and they did! I got my soles and heels replaced and am so satisfied with how they came out. It was also a very quick process; I gave my shoes in on a Friday and got them back by Monday morning. Pricing was great! It was $50 for the whole job, which I think is more than reasonable for new vibram soles (especially with an unconventional shape) and heels. Could not recommend this place more. Thank you so much!
