“Although I did not have shoes worked on, my team and I experienced what an amazing person the owner is. We were doing work outside his establishment and first thing in the morning he walked over and offered us coffee and water. Later on, he allowed us to us his facilities since the public restrooms were closed. He even filled a water bucket for us. The shop always had people in it and everyone seemed extremely pleased. He reminds me of why shopping on the internet is unsatisfying and that a little kindness goes a long way.”
