An absolutely sweetheart! Phenomenal customer service! She assisted me with our cake order and was so, so, so kind and helpful! My son had specific requests and she was glad to help! Our upgrade to our phones was complicated from beginning until end but Raychel made the experience easier and more relaxed. Constantly apologizing for the long wait even though it was not her fault because of unforeseen circumstances. Raychel was pleasant, friendly and very patient and professional.
