I recently had surgery and staff doesn't seem to understand the urgency of contacting the Dr when I needed help with Post-OP issues. I was under the impression I say the phrase, "I'm a post-op patient," and the Dr is contacted immediately, but that doesn't always happen :(”

“Probably the best bedside manner I have ever experienced with a doctor! I brought my 14 year-old daughters in for Spring allergies that have only grown worse year after year. Dr. Ambrosio gave us a plan with a combination of over-the-counter and prescription medicine and then a follow-up appointment for testing. He explained everything to us in a teaching manner and with an entertaining sense of humor. If he wasn't a doctor, he'd make an excellent teacher! I was wide awake and because of his excellent bedside manner I was able to be calm enough for him to do a nasal scope. This is like a miracle for me.. I literally need nitrous to get me teeth cleaned bc my anxiety is that bad. He found my issue quickly, and now we have a game plan that m I’m confident in. They office called me the day before and requested I be there early, which I was. The entire office is immaculately clean. The staff was really pleasant when checking me out and making my next appointment. I can tell this is a very down to earth practice because their allergist was greeting his patients in the waiting room. His name is Dr Mascarello. I was hoping he took pediatric patients bc my 5 year old has severe allergies and I would honestly be comfortable bringing her there.”
