I had the pleasure of dealing with Jill and she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive when dealing with a situation. She also helped me with some questions regarding my account. It was so refreshing to be able to speak to an actual person regarding any issues and it was quickly resolved. She was very friendly and helpful!

This was a wonderful experience from the beginning a year ago. These folks are SO helpful and professional and really nice to deal with! The only reason I moved out was that my new apt building finally offered storage space on the property. Trustworthy company, unlike I-storage. I've never had a problem with this company in the past 15 years they have been great. They actually take care of their facilities unlike I-storage. Stay away from I-storage and store your stuff here....unless you actually do want your things rained on due to leaky roofs (like @ I storage).
