Such a slow and bad customer service. Either CSR representatives with negative attitude or no helping attitude specially on Saturday. Either they are tired or not willing to work on weekends. Even after having an online appointment at 11:30am , when I reached there on last Saturday June 4,2022 all 3 CSR officers offices were occupied so waited almost 30-35 minutes before I was attended by a CSR. There was an issue for one charge and she promised me to call me after 2 days after discussing it with her manager. Even after one week no call back or no charge issue is resolved. The service level of Affinity is declining day by day. Even I contacted through Affinity website by email but no one contacted me back.
Such a poor service.
Recent Update:
I got a call after writing to Customer Service of affinity credit union about no response now the charge has been reversed so my complaint was resolved.
Joy Pellow is AMAZING. Over the past several years Affinity's customer service quality has diminished company wide. Joy is extremely professional and goes the extra mile for her customers. Affinity should promote Joy to a Corporate position where her values and dedication to the customer experience can filter throughout the rest of the company.
I like this bank, anytime I had an issue which wasn’t much they always helped me out to resolve it. This year is rough and I finally got back to work, I’m so glad this place is open the day after Christmas! I like to go to the bank to pay certain bills and I have to wait till the end of the month to do so. The only issue I have nowadays is the long lines to get to the teller. There should be someone guiding the cars so people aren’t cutting other people off etc. Sometimes I’m there for an hour in line which can be difficult with my 15 month old. On the other hand I do understand we’re going through a pandemic.
What a great bank, thankfully I’ve only delt with tellers who were professional so far. I’m sending family to this bank.
