“Good service and friendly people that word there and do their best to help when able. Called a lot and got no response but when I went in the manager explained how they’ve been short staffed and it’s difficult to be able to manage everything but once they explained everything I can tell their doing their best to provide quality service and be as helpful as possible. Very helpful guy and knowledgable. With such short staffing the wait can sometimes take awhile but it’s followed by the peace of mind that things are going to be done right. And reassurance that once the shop is fully staffed again the regular business hours will return! A little understanding goes a long way! Will definitely be returning for future work that needs done.”

I found this by accident but I'm glad I did because that's where I found a great pair of Colombian waterproof hiking boots . Staff was helpful and pleasant and all masked up. A few customers without masks. It appears they don't enforce in the store. But the store is huge so did not need to be around people who don't want to honor that request.”

It is over and hour drive for us in Washington but it was a fun night. Only knock is for the dart guns that name of the days were smashed making them unusable. They ball guns worked well though.”

Customer service was great at every step, from picking out the pieces and finishes I wanted in the store, to scheduling and delivery. I chose pieces from the express collection so the turn around time was about a month, otherwise I think its about a 3 month lead time since everything is custom built. The furniture is really high quality, solid pieces that should last forever. Prices were reasonable, the same or lower than other solid wood furniture sellers I've seen. There are endless stain options, including many that are more modern looking (grey and dark stains). I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for quality furniture that you can customize.”
