I was in the market for a 4-watch watch winder for my Audemars Piguet pieces and these guys came up in Google search. I had a two-watch Volta watch winder and it was expensive($600). I recently bought another AP and needed a new watch-winder because my old watch winder only housed two pieces. I ordered the 4-watch watch winder from their website and was very pleased to learn that their wonders are extremely affordable and quality pieces. However, after my order was placed, a customer service rep reached out the very next day letting me know the model watch-winder that I had ordered was not available anymore, but he is willing to upgrade me from a 4-Watch to a 6-Watch watch winder in the same color and design for my troubles! First, not only did my order for a 4-watch watch winder was half of the cost to my old 2-watch Volta watch winder (so super affordable), and now they’re willing to upgrade my original ordered 4-watch to a new 6-watch unit?! We are so impressed with the finished product. I can’t say enough great things about Crown Tub. They were friendly, talked through all of our concern areas with the tub and gave a fair price as well as talking us through what to expect the day of the refinishing.
