(August 12, 2018, 8:08 am)I have been using Lov 'N Kare Carpet for almost 20 years. Every time I look at my oriental rug in our family room, I think ugh time to get a new rug! Then, I call Lov 'N Kare and the magic happens. They do such a great job cleaning the rug that it looks brand new, and I fall in love with the it all over again. This time the rug needed not only a cleaning but a minor repair. It was done to perfection. Would I recommend Lov 'N Kare? Over and over again!!!!
(July 19, 2018, 10:17 am)Excellent customer service and communication, was able to repair the fringe on an oriental rug that I assumed was ruined, and also I was able to buy rug pads from them. They came and laid out the rugs as well!
(June 18, 2018, 6:20 pm)ON time, very pleasant and accommodating. Jonah was a delight to have in the house. Couldn't be more pleased with the stretching and cleaning that was done. Would definitely recommend this company.
(June 4, 2018, 3:45 pm)I found Lov 'N Kare after Hurricane Sandy. They cleaned and helped me store my orientals until I couls get back into my home. I trusted them with my grandma's 75 year old black Chinese Oriental then and again this year as I move to a new home.
They are a friendly, reliable, and truly Kind group of people. I wouldn't trust my good rugs with anyone else! The pick up and delivery service tops it for me.
