“I visited the pharmacy today, 5/17/18. I needed to refill a critical prescription for my son. Melissa the technician was so professional, courteous and helpful. When she initially input the insurance information, it was rejected and indicated that pre-authorization was required. However there was also a note in the system that it had been pre-authorized, this absolutely made no sense. She immediately got on the phone with the insurance company and explained to them what was happening. After about 20 minutes, the script finally went through. Unfortunately, the pharmacy was out of the medication. She sensed how upset I was and proceeded to call all neighboring CVS pharmacies to inquire if they had the medication and the correct amount. Melissa went above and beyond and provided a great patient/customer experience. I will make sure I get all future prescriptions filled at this pharmacy!!!”
