My Dad is 100 years old and I started using them when he was 99 and had just been released from the ICU and 8 weeks in rehab. “I’ve know Alex for 5 years and his philosophy and knowledge on training and the human anatomy is beyond amazing. Working out with Alex not only have I gained incredible strength, lost a ton of weight but also when I got hurt outside of the gym he was able to fix me up and get me back on my feet in no time. He keeps amazing notes on each workout to track my progress and he has state of the art equipment and gadgets to help also keep track of my progress.
