I had an old safe that the combination no longer worked. Since the safe was layered with heavy steel they needed to outsource the job. The work was done personally and fast. This is truly an old fashion family owned company that needs the local support. Highly recommend their services.

Though not an emergency, I needed two locks re-keyed. The technicians quick response and professional demeanor was much appreciated. He had all the tools he needed to get the job done including making an additional 3 sets of keys for family members. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. No doubt, if the need arises, I will be calling them again.

I called Wisberg and Daughter today at 2:42pm ET and they sent a locksmith over within a couple of hours, he came at 4:30pm ET! They checked the lock, and replaced the door handle and lock and rekey another door lock. I was so impressed at how easy and professional they were. He actually made it fit really well so there weren't any holes showing, and he made the door fit better so there wasn't any movement. He showed me during the process what he was doing, and I was really very pleased with the work. I wanted to leave a review because I appreciate quality work and good kind customer service. Called late night during the week to make an appointment for a technician to come out and take a look at some problems we were having. They were able to get me an appointment the next day, calling to confirm the time. Tech was on time and did a fantastic job at a great price. Would recommend them to anyone needing a quality locksmith. A+
