I had a problem with my account and called customer service; basically I kept getting transferred around so I gave up and went to the branch and Lucy, the manager, took care of it in a half hour! Since then I have been using this branch for all my needs, and the staff is always helpful and competent. So glad I found this location! TD should be proud of their people here!”

Everyone remembers your name once you've gone a couple times and go as far as trying to start personal conversations to establish a stronger relationship between teller and customer. There are three bankers that help you with all your needs such as loans, credit cards and investing. They are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. The tellers themselves are very helpful and make sure that they completely satisfy the customer before they leave.”
