“Just a heads up, it definitely helps to set up an appointment and have all of your forms filled out before you get there. With that said, I didn't have a bad experience. The staff weren't unfriendly and actually were really patient as I spent forever on my phone trying to show them proof of residence. The only bad thing I can say is that even though I set up an appointment for 2pm I wasn't actually seen until about 3pm.”

“During the During covid When people were having trouble getting unemployment, Senator Diegnans office and chief of staff and all of his staff ,Went out of their way to help me And my family ,if not for the people that work in this office and the senator we would be homeless , They used their positions as my representatives to contact People in the Department of Labor and let them know that their constituent was in trouble, They emailed me constantly called me constantly and followed up with me They were polite respectful and and some of the most professional people I've ever dealt with Whether I vote Republican or Democrat in the future because I am an independent I will always vote senator Diegnan back into office ,If more Politicians were like this senator and his office recognizing that their job is to represent the people We would all be better off ,well this senator does that”
