The Sales rep came to my house she showed me all the different things Re-Bath could do, so I ended up hiring them to do my Master Bathroom as well. Marina was so helpful, accommodating and patient throughout the whole process, she really made it very easy for me! The installers Joe and Matt showed up on time on the days of install and they were so professional, efficient, and courteous. They fulfilled all my requests while performing excellent and CLEAN work! They protected my stairs and carpet and did a thorough clean up once the job was done! The whole process was easy and seamless! The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future.
